Used parts were used instead of new parts on a brand new vehicle.
The public should be aware!. CEO's at Ford refuse to get involved or even help one of its shareholders, and that's not right. That’s the way our fellow activist has been treated. In retrospect he has really been very active and to say the least doing it alone. He is picketing and denunciating a bad situation that we could call a fraud. Please support this guy and avoid Otis Ford! Good Luck Mark!

AVENUE FORD... ANOTHER coincidence?
A customer ripped-off by a local dealer Avenue Ford in Roxboro.
(It is interesting to see that Avenue Ford is now owned by Mr. Desjardins who owns Desjardins Ford who used to be Salon Ford…. Well! They keep changing their name to avoid bad publicity but they also say that even bad advertising is good as it keeps their name in the paper…)
The never ending story of Ford's callous approach to handling customers continues. This is exhibited by the following email that we received.

"Hello, I came across you website and applaud your courage and efforts to fighting Ford.
I own a 97 Taurus GL that was serviced at Avenue Ford in DDO and I have had one problem after another. Problems include paint peeling on the front end, brake problems, tire wear, defective radio, and now a driver window that won't work!
Add to all of this the frustration and denials from both Avenue and Ford Canada. I complained to Ford Canada and they said they could not help me since I should deal with the dealership - they have nothing to do with the problems. I was also ripped of on an extended warranty with Avenue.
Anyways, I support your efforts and encourage you to continue. Ford products and service are CRAP!

Excessive vibration since 40 000km, misleading advertisements, multiple repairs, rust, 16 new tires, parts of the car are falling off, unreal depreciation within a short time, bad service, car unsafe, lack of security, continuous unalignment, premature wear, nebulous arbitration, false inspection report of alignment, more than 45 days in the garage for repairs, 8000$ of repairs, and etc...
